Objective: Many teens realize that they are not ready
for sexual activity and its consequences.
Abstaining from sexual activity pays many benefits. As you know, abstinence is the only
guaranteed way of preventing pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases. |

partner to create a pamphlet to provide teens with information about the
dangers of sexual activity, STD’s and benefits of abstinence. q Your pamphlet can
take one of many different approaches: § Give reasons not to
become sexually active. § Risks of pregnancy and
sexually transmitted diseases. § Suggest ways that
teens can resist pressure from others to become sexually active. § Think of some other
approach on your own that is related to the topic of abstinence and sexually
transmitted diseases. |
