Home meets are held at the pool at Maine West High School, which is located at 1755 S Wolf Rd:
The school faces west on the southeast corner of Wolf and Oakton Rds. See this map for details:
The pool is on the south side of Maine West. The best place to park is in the "Pool Lot" just south of the pool off Wolf Rd. The circled area on this aerial photo shows the location of the pool and pool lot:
