Getting Published

Whew! Have you finished your review? Polished it, revised it, and made it sparkle? Well, now it’s just sitting there with no one to read it. What’s next? Get published!!

Let’s check out some options for publication:

1. LRC homepage: Click Book Reviews > Click Submit a Book Review > Fill out the form and hit submit > In a day or two your book review will be posted on the Book Reviews link of the LRC homepage. As of January 9, 2007, this option is not functional yet. It will be available shortly.

2. Club 451/PageTurners Moodle page: This is the simplest do-it-yourself option. Click here for a brief tutorial for posting reviews on the Club 451/PageTurners web site.

4. LRC displays and bulletin boards: see Ms. Mellendorf.

5. Southwords: see Mr. Ellefson or Mr. Stathakis.

6. Other print publications such as VOYA: Voice of Youth Advocates: see Ms. Mellendorf.
