The Warriors broke open a tight 3-1 game by scoring 8 runs in the top of the fifth. The Hawks only managed 2 hits on the day.

The Hawks battled back from a 6-4 deficit in the sixth inning with a Peter Engle bases clearing single and took a 7-6 lead. The Trevians added single runs in the bottom of the sixth and seventh to win.

The Hawks opened up a 3-0 lead in the top of the first inning, but the Grens came right back with six in the bottom half. Nick DePaul and Pierce Hoffman led the Hawk attack with two hits apiece.

GBS 10, HAWKS 8
An 8-3 Hawk lead quickly turned into a 10-8 loss, with the Titans scoring 4 in the fourth, and 3 in the sixth. Eric Mueller and Nick Virgilio paced the Hawk offense with two hits each.

The Hawks never led, after the Titans scored 4 in the third, and broke open a 4-4 tie in the fifth with three more runs. Pierce Hoffman had two hits for the Hawks.

The 6 run Hawk fourth inning proved to be the difference maker as they held off a Spartan comeback attempt. Tony Cannizzaro went six innings getting his first victory of the season, and Ronnie Muck got his second save. Brad White keyed the Hawk offense with 2 hits.

NILES WEST 3, HAWKS 1
The Hawk offense broke out for 8 hits, led by Pierce Hoffman, who continued his hot streak at the plate, and Joe Blum, each with two hits. However, they were only able to bring in one run. 5 errors opened the door for the Wolves, and wasted a great effort by starting pitcher Nick DePaul.

The Hawks opened up a 3-0 lead but only managed 1 hit after the third inning. Guerin scored two in the sixth, and held off a Hawk rally in the top of the seventh.

The Hawks bounced back from the loss the previous day and put on a hitting clinic. Brad White was 3 for 4 with two runs and RBI, and Pierce Hoffman kept up his torrid pace going 3 for 5 with a run and 3 RBI. Ronnie Muck pitched a great game, going six innings, giving up 7 hits with 1 walk and 9 strikeouts, earning his first victory of the season. Peter Engle pitched a scoreless seventh to seal the deal.

The Hawks continued their winning ways with a 5-0 victory over their Park Ridge neighbors on Senior Day. Tony Cannizzaro was the winning pitcher, his 2nd win of the year, going the distance, allowing 5 hits, 2 walks, and 5 strikeouts. Joe Blum led a cast of Hawks with 2 hits.

The Hawks made it three in a row with the 4-1 win of a well played game. Brad White got win #2 going 5 innings and giving up 1 earned run on 3 hits. Peter Engle notched his 1st save of the season. Brian O'Toole paced the offense going 2 for 3 with an RBI and 2 runs scored. Neither team committed an error.
