MLA Style – Citing Electronic Resources 

FORMAT

  1. Do not number items.
  2. Alphabetize the list by the authors’ last names.  If the author’s name is not given, alphabetize by the title.
  3. Start at the left margin.  After the first line, evenly indent the rest of the citation; see directions for hanging indent.
  4. When you start a new entry, go back to the left margin for the first line.   
  5. Double space. 

HANGING INDENT

     1.Click Format. 2. Click Paragraph. 3. Under “Special,” change the                                                                                             indentation to Hanging.

     4. Under “Line Spacing,” change the spacing to Double.
